This is the starting price for a full-body model art. The final quote may vary depending on the complexity of your character design, and your chosen base pose. I’ll provide a personalised quote after reviewing your brief and references.

These are only applied depending on your project, budget and always discussed in advance:

• Design complexity fees: +0-1500€ (for elements that require extra materials, study, or super technical layering, quoted case-by-case after I assess your design)

• Pose complexity fee: +0-500€ (only applies if you choose a non-standard / asymmetric pose for the base model)

• Design upgrade / touch-up: to be discussed if you request design adjustments.

• Priority / Rush / NDA: to be discussed depending on your timeline or privacy needs.

• Anonymity: Free, just let me know in advance!

If helpful, we can also create a shared group chat with your rigger to ensure everything is as envisioned!

1️⃣ APPLICATION & BOOKING
↳ When slots are available, please read my service description and TOS carefully. Then email or DM me on Discord with your brief, timeline, visual references, and any important details about your character. The clearer your request, the better I can bring your vision to life.

2️⃣ QUOTE & INVOICE
↳ I will review your request; I’ll ask further questions if needed and send you a quote based on your order. You can then fill out a Google Form with your information, including your real name for invoicing and tax purposes. You will receive an invoice to your inbox.

3️⃣ SKETCHING
↳ Once we’ve confirmed all details and payment is made, your order will be added to my work queue. I’ll notify you when I begin and start with a coloured sketch including shading. You’ll be able to give feedback to ensure it aligns with your vision.

🎥 STREAM WITH ME
↳ I stream the creation process live — you’re welcome to join and provide feedback in real time while watching your model come to life!

4️⃣ RENDERING & CUTTING
↳ After sketch approval, I’ll move on to full rendering and cutting the model art — carefully bringing your character to life with texture and detail.

5️⃣ PSD PREPARATION
↳ Once the illustration is finished, I’ll do final adjustments, name all layers and group them clearly for rigging. If you already have a rigger, I’ll contact them (if possible) to follow their naming preferences for optimal setup.

6️⃣ FINALISATION & DELIVERY
↳ You’ll receive the full PSD file, a transparent PNG of your model, layers guideline for rigger, and a model display graphic (plus a reveal graphic if requested).

7️⃣ ADJUSTMENTS
↳ If your rigger needs changes to the cutting, I’ll be happy to adjust the PSD.

8️⃣ AFTERCARE & UPGRADES
↳ Want new outfits, toggles, or changes later? Just message me. Returning clients are prioritised whenever my schedule allows.

To ensure a smooth process and high-quality result, please take your time to read my TOS before and after ordering, and make sure you have permission from the original character designer if the design is not your own.

💬 Communication is key! I want your model to feel just right for you — which means your honest and timely feedback is essential at each stage of the process!

• If I don’t receive a response within 2 weeks, despite multiple follow-ups, your commission will be paused and you will be notified.

• Continued lack of communication will be considered ghosting, and I reserve the right to cancel the project.
