↳ When slots are available, please read my service description and TOS carefully. Then email or DM me on Discord with your brief, timeline, visual references, and any important details about your character. The clearer your request, the better I can bring your vision to life.

2️⃣ QUOTE & INVOICE
↳ After discussing your request, I’ll send a quote. Once confirmed, you’ll fill out the Google Form with your contact info and real name for invoicing.

3️⃣ SKETCHING
↳ Once payment is complete and your slot arrives, I’ll notify you and begin sketching and coloring. You’ll receive a sketch for feedback and revision.

🎥 STREAM WITH ME
↳ I stream the chibi art and rig process live – hop in and give feedback while your model takes shape!

4️⃣ RENDERING & CUTTING
↳ With the coloured sketch approved, I’ll render and cut your chibi with care and cuteness.

5️⃣ PSD PREPARATION
↳ Once cutting is done, I will name and organize all the layers for easy rigging process later on. I will also provide a layer guideline if you choose to work with another rigger.

6️⃣ RIGGING & DELIVERY (IF APPLICABLE)
↳ If rigging is included, I’ll rig your model and deliver all necessary files for tracking apps like VTube Studio. Setup help is available!

7️⃣ AFTERCARE & UPGRADES
↳ Need more toggles or outfits later? Feel free to contact me. I prioritise returning clients and babies!

★ WORKFLOW ★

To ensure a smooth process and high-quality result, please take your time to read my TOS before and after ordering, and make sure you have permission from the original character designer if the design is not your own.

💬 Communication is key! I want your model to feel just right for you — which means your honest and timely feedback is essential at each stage of the process!

• If I don’t receive a response within 2 weeks, despite multiple follow-ups, your commission will be paused and you will be notified.

• Continued lack of communication will be considered ghosting, and I reserve the right to cancel the project.
